“Having received a flyer in the mail regarding special pricing, i realized I did want peace of mind against possible dryer vent fires and for the delicate health of some of my family visiting my new home. I hired their services to insure we had clean mold/mildew free vents and a clear dryer vent. They were able to fit me in quickly with a very customer friendly rep over the phone. The team that arrived were sociable, very nice people and they communicated well throughout the process. They even showed us what they found while they were working. Having a chance to see where issues had been and have an expert provide tips and explanations to keep our system service life long was exceptional. For reference on questions I had: it took about 3 hours as we had about 14 vents and an odd dryer vent setup. The sanitizing material does have a slight hospital type odor at first, for obvious reasons, but dissipates. It was safe for our animals to stay in the home while they worked as well. The price was quite fair and reasonable, we paid by check as card does put a service charge on them but they were willing to accept either. I’d recommend them and will definitely be hiring them again for some of their additional services.”
